About the Conference

The Iranian Association for Management of Technology and Innovation (IRAMOT), established in 2006 with the approval of the Scientific Associations Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, is one of Iran’s leading scientific associations dedicated to advancing technology and innovation management.

As part of its mission, IRAMOT annually organizes the International Conference on Management of Technology and Innovation, one of the country’s largest gatherings in this field. Since expanding its international scope in its fourth edition, the conference has welcomed distinguished academics, industry leaders, and experts from around the world.

Over the years, the conference has served as a platform for connecting research, industry, and policymaking, contributing to the development of Iran’s technology and innovation ecosystem. Its key objectives include:

The 2026 Conference

The 20th National and 16th International Conference on Management of Technology and Innovation will take place on December 16–17, 2026.

“Innovation and Re-creation in Times of Crisis and Technological Disruption.”

Against a backdrop of rapid technological change and growing uncertainty, the 2026 conference will examine how organizations, industries, and economies can navigate disruption, rethink established approaches, and develop new pathways for innovation and growth.

The conference will address the strategic challenges and opportunities arising from technological transformation, with a particular focus on organizational resilience, emerging technologies, innovation strategies, and the evolving role of technology management in times of crisis.
